How to Book your Beach Experience

Booking your luxury beach bonfire or picnic with 30a Beach Butlers is a simple and seamless process. Follow the steps below to reserve your unforgettable experience today.

Step 1: Fill out our Bonfire/Picnic Request Form

Contact us using the Contact Page link at the top of this page. Request a booking by identifying date, time, beach access desired, any add-on's or color theme changes and we will email you a summary confirming your request. Once you confirm all the details are correct, we will send you our policy, contract of services, and an invoice. 

Step 2: Pay the Invoice

Once you receive our policy, contract of services, and invoice, you can submit payment. Full payment is due at time of booking. Please sign contract upon receipt. Please pay invoice upon receipt. Both are required to finalize your reservation.

Step 3: Relax & Show up for Your Event!!

All details of your fire will be located on your email and listed in your invoice. You will receive a text the day of your fire with all details of your reservation, including address to the access. Once you've signed your contract and paid your invoice, you are good to go! Just sit back, relax, and show up for your event!
